Day 15

Hiked a Canyon at Lake Louise today. Then hit the steam room and a massage. Ate very well. Had one small bun at lunch while waiting for quiche otherwise no grains. Off to the Alberta awards ceremony.

Day 14








Ok this is it. I am going to do a 30 day challenge with myself to reduce carbs to veggies and get off the pretzels and bread. I  going to follow the primal diet. I am not so much worried about my weight though I'd like to loose 20-30 lbs but it is the body fat I see and cellulite forming that I hate. I have done before pics and weight and will not weigh again until valentines day. I will work on clean food and water. I will still consume some red wine as this is my destresser but if I control some of these other problems it will be fine. I weigh myself everyday almost now so not getting on the scale will be a challenge. I think the pictures will be more important for me.

Painting my house OMG so much work!

Food is ok. I need to back off the carbs though!

Same meal again tiday, leftovers!!! Lol still doing okay, staying within calories but haven't used my treadmill, bump under my toe, flooding off my feet and getting sick :(-

Day 8

Much better day. Did a kickboxing class at lunch and Taikwondo tonight. Food was good. Bought a big water bottle today and will take it tomorrow with water, cranberry juice, lemon juice and dandelion tea. It is 2.2 litres and I am shooting for 4.4 litres per day. Back using MFP it's just more user friendly.

  I kinda forget this lol cause it's not on facebook. I'm doing good food wise, was over a tad a few days but doing pretty good. However I haven't started the exercise yet :( I need to work on that! Funny I'm doing good with food but I feel like I dunno how to even lose weight again!? Here's today's supper, nothing fancy lol

Ok it's not going as planned this New Year. I was over calories yesterday and no exercise. Where is my motivation?

Day 6


Today was a very active day. At lunch I did 30 minutes on the stairclimber at the gym that was hard work! Tonight I did Taekwondo.

Day 5

Loved going back to group workouts at the gym at lunch! Ate well. Did have two glasses if wine at night to put me at my max for the week. Today is weights and Taikwondo and need more water.

Day 4

Today I spent 2 hours walking on the treadmill and that felt good. Lunches are packed for tomorrow and gym bag is packed in case I get the chance to sneak to the gym. Feeling a bit better and started taking vitamins again as well.


Day 3

Today was not as successful in terms of calories but had a great time when the girls came over tonight for a few drinks,

Day 2

Kitchen and cupboards are purged! New groceries bought and a couple salads made. I didn't do alot today otherwise. Total steps were 7000. Need to hop on the treadmill tomorrow. Snow is wicked and roads are not plowed so it's hard to consider driving to the gym but I have plenty to do here!




Day 1

Today was a travel home day from Florida. It was a long 12 hour haul. I ate well most of the day having salmon twice. I shared a few chicken wings with Kendra tonight at the last stop. I did drink 2 litres of water and got in almost 10 000 steps in between all the airports. Post holiday weigh in tomorrow.
